How to be Happy????

Everyone wants to be be happy in their life? But noone exactly knows what happiness is??
Being happy in the life is one of the toughest things to do as there is no clue how to be happy??
If you want to be happy, just be happy no matter what the situation is and no matter how much money you are earning and dont even think what others are thinking
about your life...
Everyone in their life is not happy for one or other reasons,, Even the worlds most powerful leaders, worlds most welathiest man have their own issues/problems to deal with...

For some people, they are unhappy because of their low income even though they have a very good caring family...
For some people, they are unhappy because they dont have any family to take care and think of them even though they have the most beautiful house and some of the costliest cars and latest gadgets

The problem of not being happy is not only with the adults, but with little kids too..
Lets take the example of 5 year old kid, If the kid has caring mom and dad and enough money then you think the kid should be happy?? But not all the kids are happy because of whatever things they want to do, they cant do... All the kids just want to play throughout the day... Bu as the caring mom and dad, you want your kid to be active in studies and other curriculum activities, that might not bring happiness in kids as well..

My point here is .. whatever you give , you will get it back which is If you want your life to be happy then be happy in life? confusing??

Yes, thats why people always go after internet to find how to make themselves happy.. but if you share your issues/problems with your loved ones they should be able to make you happy...

So, just relax and be happy

Smile is the best Medicine for everything......

Keep smiling… It makes people wonder what you’ve been up to.....

Smile…It confuses peple..!!
Smile…It confuses peple..!!

I smile not for that I am happy, but sometimes I smile to hide sadness.

You walk through life much easier with a smile on your face.

Joy and Happiness

For most of life, nothing wonderful happens. If you don't enjoy getting up and working and finishing your work and sitting down to a meal with family or friends, then the chances are that you're not going to be very happy. If someone bases his happiness or unhappiness on major events like a great new job, huge amounts of money, a flawlessly happy marriage or a trip to Paris, that person isn't going to be happy much of the time. If, on the other hand, happiness depends on a good breakfast, flowers in the yard, a drink or a nap, then we are more likely to live with quite a bit of happiness

The art of being happy lies in the power of extracting happiness from common things.— Henry Ward Beecher

“Always do what is right. It will gratify half of mankind and astound the other.”
Mark Twain

“Compassion is the basis of morality.”
Arthur Schopenhauer

“The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”
Mahatma Gandhi

“So far, about morals, I know only that what is moral is what you feel good after and what is immoral is what you feel bad after.”
Ernest Hemingway, Death in the Afternoon

“So far, about morals, I know only that what is moral is what you feel good after and what is immoral is what you feel bad after.”
Ernest Hemingway, Death in the Afternoon

You Chose

You chose.
You chose.
You chose.

You chose to give away your love.
You chose to have a broken heart.
You chose to give up.
You chose to hang on.

You chose to react.
You chose to feel insecure.
You chose to feel anger.
You chose to fight back.
You chose to have hope.

You chose to be naïve.
You chose to ignore your intuition.
You chose to ignore advice.
You chose to look the other way.
You chose to not listen.
You chose to be stuck in the past.

You chose your perspective.
You chose to blame.
You chose to be right.
You chose your pride.
You chose your games.
You chose your ego.
You chose your paranoia.
You chose to compete.
You chose your enemies.
You chose your consequences.

You chose.
You chose.
You chose.
You chose.

However, you are not alone. Generations of women in your family have chosen. Women around the world have chosen. We all have chosen at one time in our lives. We stand behind you now screaming:

Choose to let go.
Choose dignity.
Choose to forgive yourself.
Choose to forgive others.
Choose to see your value.
Choose to show the world you’re not a victim.
Choose to make us proud.”
Shannon L. Alder

“Do you really mean to tell me the only reason you try to be good is to gain God's approval and reward, or to avoid his disapproval and punishment? That's not morality, that's just sucking up, apple-polishing, looking over your shoulder at the great surveillance camera in the sky, or the still small wiretap inside your head, monitoring your every move, even your every base though.”
Richard Dawkins, The God Delusion
